As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day on which you or a third party designated by you physically receives the product, without giving any reason.
Please note: this right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (individuals acting outside their professional capacity). Businesses, schools, municipalities and other professional buyers are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.
You may inspect and try out the product as you would in a physical store. If you have used the product beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may apply a reduction in the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the product.
Important: the absence of the original packaging is not a valid reason to refuse a return. We do ask you to:
Via our webshop: log in to your account at www.pannaball.eu, go to your orders and select "Request a return". This is the fastest and easiest method.
Via email: send a message to hello@pannaball.eu with your order number and reason for return, or download the withdrawal form at www.pannaball.eu.
After confirmation, you will receive further instructions. Send the product to: Kerkstraat 108, 9050 Ghent, Belgium. You have 14 days to return the product after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are not required to give a reason.
Standard withdrawal (cooling-off period):
The direct cost of returning the product is at the customer's expense. As an indication, shipping costs via bpost or comparable carriers typically range from €6 to €15 depending on parcel size.
Defective, damaged or incorrect product:
In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at hello@pannaball.eu with photos of the issue.
After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will refund you no later than 14 calendar days, provided we have received the returned product or you have demonstrated that the product has been sent back.
What is refunded:
Refunds are made via the original payment method.
You have the right to cancel your pre-order free of charge as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. To do so, please contact us at hello@pannaball.eu with your order number.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you physically receive the product.
As a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory guarantee of 2 years for hidden defects and non-conformity. If your Pannaball is defective or shows a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@pannaball.eu. The statutory guarantee applies independently of the right of withdrawal.

Als consument heb je het recht om je aankoop te annuleren binnen 14 kalenderdagen na de dag waarop jij of een door jou aangewezen derde het product fysiek in ontvangst hebt genomen, zonder opgave van reden.
Let op: dit herroepingsrecht geldt uitsluitend voor consumenten (natuurlijke personen die aankopen doen buiten hun beroepsactiviteit). Ondernemingen, scholen, gemeenten en andere professionele kopers kunnen geen beroep doen op het herroepingsrecht.
Je mag het product inspecteren en uitproberen zoals je dat in een fysieke winkel zou doen. Heb je het product verder gebruikt dan nodig is voor inspectie, dan kunnen wij een vermindering van de terugbetaling toepassen die overeenstemt met de waardevermindering van het product.
Belangrijk: het ontbreken van de originele verpakking is geen grond om een retour te weigeren. Wij vragen wel om:
Via onze webshop: log in op je account op www.pannaball.eu, ga naar je bestellingen en selecteer "Retour aanvragen". Dit is de snelste en eenvoudigste manier.
Via e-mail: stuur een bericht naar hello@pannaball.eu met je bestelnummer en reden voor retour, of download het herroepingsformulier via www.pannaball.eu.
Na bevestiging ontvang je verdere instructies. Stuur het product terug naar: Kerkstraat 108, 9050 Gent, België. Je hebt 14 dagen de tijd om het product terug te sturen nadat je ons op de hoogte hebt gesteld van je herroeping. Je hoeft geen reden op te geven.
Gewone herroeping (bedenktijd):
De retourkosten zijn ten laste van de klant. Als indicatie bedragen de verzendkosten via bpost of vergelijkbare vervoerders doorgaans €6 tot €15, afhankelijk van het pakketformaat.
Defect, beschadigd of verkeerd product:
In dat geval dragen wij de volledige retourkosten. Neem onmiddellijk contact op via hello@pannaball.eu met foto's van het probleem.
Na ontvangst van je herroepingsmelding betalen wij uiterlijk binnen 14 kalenderdagen terug, op voorwaarde dat wij het product hebben terugontvangen of jij hebt aangetoond dat het product teruggestuurd is.
Wat wordt terugbetaald:
Terugbetaling gebeurt via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
Je hebt het recht om je pre-order kosteloos te annuleren zolang je bestelling nog niet verzonden is. Neem hiervoor contact op via hello@pannaball.eu met je bestelnummer.
De 14 dagen herroepingstermijn begint te lopen vanaf de dag dat je het product fysiek ontvangt.
Als consument heb je recht op een wettelijke garantie van 2 jaar op verborgen gebreken en non-conformiteit. Is je Pannaball defect of vertoont het een fabricagefout? Neem contact op via hello@pannaball.eu. De wettelijke garantie geldt onafhankelijk van het herroepingsrecht.

Via notre boutique en ligne : connectez-vous à votre compte sur www.pannaball.eu, accédez à vos commandes et sélectionnez « Demander un retour ». C'est la méthode la plus rapide et la plus simple.
Par e-mail : envoyez un message à hello@pannaball.eu avec votre numéro de commande et la raison du retour, ou téléchargez le formulaire de rétractation sur www.pannaball.eu.
Après confirmation, vous recevrez les instructions nécessaires. Renvoyez le produit à : Kerkstraat 108, 9050 Gand, Belgique. Vous disposez de 14 jours pour renvoyer le produit après nous avoir informés de votre rétractation. Vous n'êtes pas obligé(e) d'en indiquer la raison.
Rétractation ordinaire (délai de réflexion) :
Les frais directs de renvoi du produit sont à la charge du client. À titre indicatif, les frais d'envoi via bpost ou des transporteurs comparables se situent généralement entre 6 € et 15 € selon la taille du colis.
Produit défectueux, endommagé ou incorrect :
Dans ce cas, nous prenons en charge tous les frais de retour. Veuillez nous contacter immédiatement à hello@pannaball.eu avec des photos du problème.
Après réception de votre avis de rétractation, nous vous rembourserons dans un délai maximal de 14 jours calendaires, à condition que nous ayons reçu le produit retourné ou que vous ayez démontré que le produit a été renvoyé.

Le remboursement est effectué via le mode de paiement original.
Vous avez le droit d'annuler votre précommande gratuitement tant que votre commande n'a pas encore été expédiée. Pour ce faire, contactez-nous à hello@pannaball.eu avec votre numéro de commande.
Le délai de rétractation de 14 jours commence à courir à partir du jour où vous recevez physiquement le produit.
En tant que consommateur, vous bénéficiez d'une garantie légale de 2 ans pour les défauts cachés et la non-conformité. Si votre Pannaball est défectueux ou présente un défaut de fabrication, contactez-nous à hello@pannaball.eu. La garantie légale s'applique indépendamment du droit de rétractation.
